Always great present

This time I made some cranberry truffles to present for my friend.

There is hundreds of different truffle recipes on the internet but if you like be more creative then you just mix up ingrediens you like. Yes, so easy it is!

For example these truffles I made so that I took 100 g dark chocolate and melted it together with 50 g butter. Then I began to add ingredients I like- som crushed digestive, nuts, raisins, dried cranberries, minced white chocolate and Dumle candy pieces. You can decide how much you want to add them, but all together have to be quite solid. Then you leave it on the fridge and after an hour you can begin to form little balls. At least you can drop them on melted chocolate (what ever kind of chocolate you like) and then decorate with dried cranberries or som other dried fruits or nuts.

Walking along the Strandvägen

I always enjoy to take a walk along the Strandvägen...
It is definitely one of my favourite boulevard in Stockholm city
On the one side of the street there are great old buildings and the other side
water and many nice boats. Some people ride a bike, som just walking or sitting in cafe.
It is interesting that already 1897 Strandvägen completed in time for the Stockholm World´s Fair and it quickly became known as very prestigious address in city.

For lime and peppermint lovers

I don´t drink alcohol but I love mojito.
Virgin Mojito is my drink in this summer!
It is amazingly refreshing on the hot day :)

To save money I tried to make mojito at home- it is so easy and tasted amazingly.
Just take handful of peppermint add some slices of lime and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and
press them with pestle tills juices comes out. Then add so much ice that glass will be full and
at least fill the glass with sparkling water and mix everything up with drinking straw. Ready!

On the way to beach! :)

Nice trip in Tallinn

Sometimes it is so great to go to Estonia.
You can just take a plane 1 hour or go by boat and have a relaxing cruise.

Last weekend there was Estonian Song and Dance Celebration, it is after every 4 years
and it is a one of the most biggest events in Estonia.
The weather was wonderful and folk were glad.

I had also some shopping tour (my favorit shopping place in Tallinn is www.stockman.ee)
and found many nice -50 % clothes  :D

One of my friends recommended a quite recently opened restaurant Noa in Tallinn and
it was super fantastic! The amazing view of the sea, nice service and mouth-watering food!
It is not in the central city but if you are in Tallinn and have a car or have possibility to take
a taxi you should certainly go there!

But if you are in the mood to stay in central city and just wanna take some coffee and cake
or some cocktail or eat lunch/dinner then I should recommend the roof top cafe in the
Solaris Shopping Centrum.
